I’m Pregnant!

This is the big news I promised! As of tomorrow I’m 13 weeks pregnant. Baby is due December 21, 2014; the original dude date was Christmas Day!! I guess I’ll be missing the family festivities this year – but with good reason. πŸ˜‰

First off I’d like to apologize because I haven’t updated my site as often as I wanted to, but that first trimester was ROUGH!!! OMG… Morning sickness… try ALL DAY, EVERY DAY, ALWAYS sickness LOL. Thankfully the doctor prescribed me Diclegis and that helped me to be able to function in life, along with Seabands and eating a small meal every hour or so.

I’d also like to apologize because I am typically active in the sewing community and check out everyone’s blogs and comment on them. I was just so sick and exhausted that I had no ambition to check anything out or even think of sewing. I feel really bad about that!!

Now that I am feeling better (not 100%, but MUCH better) I hope to be sewing a lot more and back to blogging. I assume a lot of what I’ll be making will be maternity clothing, maxi dresses and baby stuff. I don’t want to get too far into all of that and lose everyone’s interest though! I’ll figure something out πŸ˜€

My husband and I are super excited (and some-what terrified) about this new adventure and I’ll be sure to add a few updates here and there <3
